The incident report taken by Utah sheriffs over their investigation at Scott and Kelley Wolf’s home detailed the alleged assault that took place, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
Us obtained the official report written by officers from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office over the 911 call they received on June 13 from the residence.
One report read, “Second time today called police on brother-in-law, divorce battle with husband, brother is at the home, meant to be helping with the kids, caller doesn’t feel safe in the house.”
In the report, the officers noted they responded to the home regarding a “verbal dispute” between an unidentified woman and her brother-in-law. The police said the woman wanted the relative kicked out of the home.
However, the report noted that the brother-in-law had permission to be at the property.
While at the scene, the police were told by an unidentified man about an alleged past assault from March that he “would like investigated.”
The alleged victim said an unidentified woman choked him in their bedroom on March 6.

Per the report, the alleged victim claimed the other individual put her hands around his neck but “did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.”
“After a few minutes of conversation, [the alleged victim] stated that [the individual’s] attempt to choke him may have caused air and [blood] flow restriction for a small moment. [The alleged victim] stated [the individual] did this in their bedroom while he was laying in bed in the presence of [a third party]. [The alleged victim] stated he did not receive any injuries, marks or bruises from the incident.”
The officers left the home without any arrests and the unidentified woman left after collecting her belongings.
A sheriff’s officer followed up with the alleged victim two days after responding to the 911 call. The officer said he asked the alleged victim to come down to the sheriff’s office to sign an affidavit about the alleged assault.
The officer wrote in the report, “I also requested to interview his [redacted], who witnessed the assault. I told [the alleged victim] that after he filled out a statement and [the witness] was interviewed that I could have the incident screened by the County Attorney’s Office for criminal charges.”

The alleged victim told police he did not wish to proceed with criminal charges.
“[The alleged victim] stated that he … no longer wished to pursue charges because of some recent developments involving [redacted] that he believed would provide them some solutions,” The officer noted. “I provided [him] with my email address and told him to contact me if he changes his mind. No further action was taken.”
Us obtained the 911 call audio over the June 13 incident. In the recording, a distressed female can be heard telling the dispatcher she needs help.
She said her estranged husband was filming a movie in Los Angeles. The woman asked for help getting things from inside the home.

“And they’re, they’re not, but I don’t know, it’s, like, divorce, and my husband’s just controlling and being insane … his family was nice to me. I’ve been nice to them for 21 years,” the woman said.
After being asked if weapons were inside the home, the woman said there were none.
The caller added, “I mean, we’re like the Cleavers (a reference to the Leave It to Beaver family). I mean, we were.”
Scott, 57, announced his divorce earlier this month following 21 years of marriage.

As Us previously reported, Kelley, 48, was detained by police on June 13 while on Instagram Live.
Before she turned off her camera, she could be heard telling the officers, “This is shameful. Be ashamed of yourself, gentleman. I know what I’m doing; this is my job. Shame on all of you.”
She was reportedly taken to a hospital but has since been released.
Kelley returned to Instagram this week and posted photos hanging out with her father. She also slammed her friends.
