At the scene, a male individual told the officers about an alleged past assault that took place on March 6, 2025. He claimed another individual allegedly “putting her hands around his neck” but “did not choke him hard enough to restrict blood or air flow.”

“After a few minutes of conversation, [the alleged victim] stated that [the individual’s] attempt to choke him may have caused air and [blood] flow restriction for a small moment. [The alleged victim] stated [the individual] did this in their bedroom while he was laying in bed in the presence of [a third party]. [The alleged victim] stated he did not receive any injuries, marks or bruises from the incident.”

The officer followed up with the alleged victim on June 15, but he declined to press charges.

As Us previously reported on the same day, Kelley was detained by police and taken to a hospital. Earlier today, she reappeared on social media and broke her silence.

Scott announced he had filed for divorce from Kelley on June 10 after 21 years of marriage.
