The Predator franchise has seen a resurgence ever since Dan Trachtenberg’s Prey became a massive hit on Hulu and a critical darling in 2022. The film brought the series back to its survival horror roots, causing a bunch of new merchandise to be released in the process. This has included action figures from NECA. Now, ahead of Predator: Badlands release this fall, the popular figure company has debuted their latest Predator figure.
Based on the 2020 video game Predator: Hunting Grounds, the latest addition to NECA’s Ultimate seven-inch scale action figure line is the Samurai Predator. The uniquely designed Yautja comes all armored up with a stylish red paint job and a deadly amount of accessories. This includes two interchangeable heads (a masked and an unmasked version), four interchangeable hands katana, collapsed and extended combisticks, and articulated plasmacaster. The figure now joins NECA’s long line-up of horror figures. This has featured multiple editions of the Yautja warrior from Prey. This video game figure is set to release in October.
