The first half of 2025 may be over, but the year for Disney+ is only just beginning. The streamer has officially unveiled a teaser showing all the new content coming to both Disney+ and Hulu in the second half of the year. Among the most exciting projects to get new footage are Wonder Man (December), Chad Powers (September 30), Alien: Earth, Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 (December), and Only Murders in the Building Season 5. The teaser also includes new looks at All’s Fair (Fall), the upcoming legal drama starring Kim Kardashian, and The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox (August 20), the crime drama starring Rebecca Wisocky. Fans can also enjoy a new clip from the next season of King of the Hill (August 4), and even Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires (July 11).
This new teaser is welcome news for Wonder Man fans, specifically, who have been waiting with bated breath for any new updates on the series. The show will close out what has been a strong 2025 thus far for the MCU, which has already released Captain America: Brave New World, Thunderbolts*, Daredevil: Born Again, and Ironheart. Glen Powell fans have also been eating well lately — just last week, the first trailer for The Running Man premiered ahead of its November 7 release date. It’s been a quiet year for Powell thus far after starring in Twisters in 2024. Percy Jackson and the Olympians fans have been waiting patiently since Season 1 premiered in 2023, but the wait has seemingly paid off, as filming on the third season has already commenced, months before the premiere of the second season.
Who Stars in ‘Wonder Man’?
Featuring in Wonder Man’s lead role of Simon Williams is Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, who is best known for starring as Manta in the Aquaman movies. Ben Kingsley, the MCU veteran who first appeared in Iron Man 3 before returning in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, will also star opposite Mateen II in Wonder Man. The show was written and created for television by Shang-Chi director Destin Daniel Cretton, who is also working on Spider-Man: Brand New Day for Marvel. Wonder Man follows Simon Williams, a Hollywood actor who lands in a different world after getting superpowers.
Check out the new teaser for the remaining projects coming to Disney+ this year and stay tuned to Collider for more updates and coverage.
